On Friday, I reattached the handle to my multiwheel piece. Hopefully it will stay there!! I also did a cross hatching design on my bubble lidded project. Then I attached a handle to my mug as well as carved some wording into it. Hope everything it still in place and ready to be bisqued on Monday!

On Thursday, I finally finished a teapot I was making. It is like the other slab teapot I have made, but I just never got around to finishing it. Also on Thursday, I made a lidded project with a bubble lid (something new that Ms. Heideman showed the adv. students) and a cylinder for a mug.

So that big project I am making, the multiwheel with two handles, well, one of the handles fell off! I am so sad! I had been using a heat gun to dry the handles so that they would keep their shape, but I guess the project itself was too dry already and the still wet handles just weren't sticking together. Now I have to let it sit in a bag of wet clay in hopes of making it a little wetter so that I can reattach the handle...

Last week I started making a huge project. It is a multiwheel project made up of four projects and two handles. This is probably the biggest thing I have ever made! Its so crazy!!

Today I made quite a few projects! First, in class, I made my two plates, then after I was done with my plates, I made this huge thing. I am not sure what to call it. I guess it is a mix between a bowl and a cylinder. Then I came into class after school and made my lidded project. I was surprised at how big I made it. Then I made a pretty tall cylinder with a fancy lip, and a little vase with a huge flared out opening. I made quite a lot!
